Initially positioned as a hardware and software supplier, the company has expanded its offering and now provides system integration, managed services, software development, IT security and distribution. Since the formation of the company the IT industry has experienced many ups and downs, however Prodata has gone from strength to strength and continued to accumulate a loyal customer base.

Prodata offers best of breed hardware and software, ensuring the implementation of robust solutions delivering maximum return on our client’s investment. These solutions cover system design, hardware implementation and specialist software solutions. Where Prodata does not have a specific skill we will cooperate with third party vendor to ensure that the best possible solution is delivered to the client. By forming these key relationships Prodata is able to offer the optimal IT solution.

Although Prodata offers individual services, it aims to offer an end-to-end solution for its clients. This ensures a consistency within a client’s IT platform and ensures responsibility for system stability vests with one supplier.

Our business model is based on a long term client relationship and is therefore based on an extended service level agreement. This model ensures that all services offered are geared towards value proposition over a period of time and not focused on the short term.
