Role details:
The purpose of the job is to fulfill coordinating function for field and on site services

Output 1 - Do effective and efficient Call Coordination
Efficient coordinating of onsite calls in timeous manner. In so doing needs to limit unnecessary travel costs. Keeping SLA above 95%. Know the whereabouts of all technicians throughout the day. Making sure that technicians are productive for at least 80% of the day with field calls, if not in your department then in the pharmacy/retail/fuel departments. Keeping Simplicity updated with the latest status of the calls.
Output 1 Weight 40%

Output 2 - Administrative duties
Scanning and attaching of job cards. Ensure timeous submission of job cards to billing dept. Follow up on outstanding POD’s. Generating of Ad-Hoc SQs and getting client approvals. Assist in month end job card billing process. Understand cycle and billable jobs.
Keep management updated of all the Billable work done for the month.

Output 3 - Stock management
Clearing stock from technicians boot stock accounts on Navision.

Job Requirements

Knowledge Required
1. Strong administrative background
2. Financial background would advantageous
3. PC Literate on Navision an advantage
4. Knowledge of computer hardware and software an advantage
