The company is currently looking for X2 Desktop Engineers and this comes with a lot ofpressure at timesWe arecurrently looking for X2 Field Service Engineer tobe based at one of our clients Plants in Witbank.Specifically will be based in Matla {Kriel} and ECC {Kriel}.
The positions available are for6 months contract and after performance review, candidates will be taken permanently.
Responsibilities

Desktop Support Engineer to End Users
Troubleshooting desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, 3G and printers (hardware andsoftware)
Installations, migrations and upgrade technical support capability
ADand Exchange and create passwords for end users
Backup to tape
Basic server,network and router support
Logging, tracking and closing of calls on system

Qualification

Matric
A+, N+, MCSE
More than 3years solid technical support in large organizations
Driver’s license and ownvehicle.

Salary: R Negotiable CTC - per month depending on workexperience and skill level. Salary is Negotiable depending on experience and skill level
