Management of employeer on-boarding and termination processCollating of monthlyPayroll inputs such as take-on-docs, stutus changes and termination
Ensure all all benefitadministration is actioned engagement and termination of employees
Handle employees HRqueries
Compile and manage all HR headcount movements
Coordinatebenefit claims on termination and handling communications with Medical Aid, Pension Fund andProvident Fund Broker
Prepare and reconcile monthly HR reports for board (WSP/ATR, EE,Leave and time management)
Assist in compilation of Equity statistics for monthly andyearly equity reporting
Manage the updating and implementation of HR policies andprocedures manual
