A well-established company in the Clearing and Forwarding Company is looking to recruit a skilled Sea Freight Imports Manager to accomplish the operational objectives of the department with profitable results, coupled with strong people management.Since 1991, making them one of the leading groupage operators in Southern Africa, this organization ships and receives cargo to and from all parts of the world priding themselves in continuously developing new services on both import and export routes.

Qualification:
Matric is essential
Certificate/ tertiary qualification in Import/Export/ Clearing and Forwarding

Experience:
In-depth understanding of freight forwarding operations
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Freight Clearing and Forwarding industry
Previous experience in managing a team.
Must have strong knowledge on imports/exports based in the rules and regulations

Skills Required:
Must have strong administration skills
A background of finance is required
The ability of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Self-Management.
Computer literacy.
Managing all Sea Freight Import operations
Ensuring high levels of service and standard of quality.
Employee management and supervision.
