A global international leader in freight forwarding is looking for someone to build and manage their sales team.

In this role you need to have a solid proven background in freight forwarding sales, as well as experience in managing the complete sales pipeline, from generating leads, booking appointments, presenting to clients, compiling tenders, onboarding business to the operational team and managing the account and building relationships. Maintain existing business relationship with customers through strong relationships, building trust in the capabilities and brand.

Qualification:
Diploma / Degree: Relevant tertiary qualification

Experience:
Minimum 5 years sales experience in the Clearing & Forwarding industry and Management


Skills Required:
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; ability to build / manage relationships at all levels
Problem solving and analytical skills
Strong presentation skills
Customer driven; professional in appearance, product knowledge and approach
