The Client is searching for a DevOps engineer, where you will need to understand the constructs around development and the operational world. You will be part of a team which is made up of Devs, Ops, Sec etc... the Client is building out a new CaaS capability on Pivotal and VMware which will be completely automated. You will be working very closely with developers and security staff, both inside and outside their teams.

Requirements:

• OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Puppet/Chef/Ansible automation tools
• Monitoring (e.g. Prometheus, NewRelic)
• VMware vCenter
• NSXt
• vSAN
• vCenter
• vSphere
• Pivotal Container Services
• Dell EMC VxRail
• Pivitol PCF(Pivotal Cloud Foundry) / PKS(Kubernetes) on VMware
• Should be able to understand the design and build an VMware ecosystem
• Understand Agile and DevOps methodologies

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc Degree
• 10 years’ experience with Linux
• 5 years’ experience with VMware technologies
• 5 years’ experience with automation tools
