Description ofresponsibilities:Maintain high quality information in support of proactivemanagement of sales and delivery targets (Pipeline, OE, Revenue and GP).
Representing thecompany and increase revenue by selling the company products and solutions to all potentialcustomers.
Provide accurate forecasting of business and market needs.
Implementingsales strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Preparing proposals for the provision ofproducts/services.
Following up on new sales prospects and developing existingcustomers’ business needs.
Maintaining the sales CRM system by adding his/her salesopportunities, sales pipe lines as well as customer information.
Monitoring and reporting onsales prospects, progress and performance.
Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction,market intelligence and competitor capabilities.
Building and maintaining relationships withall key individuals within assigned accounts.
Frequent interaction with strategic customersto understand their environment and requirements.
Perform Key Account Management duties ondesignated accounts.
Qualifications and experience required:
B degree orequivalent - Desirable
At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Security sales environmentwith a proven track record.- Essential
Min 2 years in a Account Manager role –Desirable
Have a valid Code 08 driver’s license - Essential
