Experienced Solution Sales Specialist sought to join leading Market and Business Intelligence Solutions company. Our client specialises in providing comprehensive data on property information to key stakeholders in the commercial property sector guiding REITs, developers, banks, retailers and investors in making informed decisions on issues such as location feasibility, revenue potential and a variety of other issues - they unpack detailed information from massive data to arrive at these recommendations. They are looking for a bright individual who embodies these qualities and will be responsible for promoting their services and solutions and be an expert at selling them. This will include demonstrating specialist expertise, expanding existing client accounts and creating new business opportunities. To apply you will need with a strong background in a solution (not product) sales environment coupled with a solid understanding of data and analytics, as you will be selling solutions based on this. You will also need to be well versed in the Commercial Property Industry with exposure to multiple commercial property stakeholders (e.g. REITs, developers, brokers, funders etc.) You should have a proven track record in problem solving and managing complex business issue analysis and the ability to converse and negotiate at senior levels, with a high level of business / client understanding and insight.
