Our client is urgently looking for a Civil Work Site Supervisor to be based in different regions in South AfricaMinimum Requirements:
Diploma or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
At least 2 years practical experience in telecom industry.
In charge of management and communication of related customer and subcontractor, enhance customer satisfaction and promote the market consolidation and development.
Be good at communication coordination external and internal, and good at finding and solving problems on site.
Basic understanding on general software knowledge and equipped with excellent IT skills.
General Telecom Knowledge with understanding of wireless site implement and configuration, OSP implement and ODN implement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish and cooperative and harmonious working relationship within a multicultural work environment.
Knowledge about project management and contract management and capability of managing projects and contracts. Good spoken and written English
