Multinational Food Company requires a Telesales Operator in Johannesburg area.Requirements:
 

Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
2 Years FMCG telesales experience


Strong customer service orientation
Excellent telephone etiquette
Computer literate (MS Office)
Clear concise communication in both Afrikaans and English
Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport

 
Duties (including but not limited to):
 

Responsible for the tele-selling products by calling of customers, placing and processing of orders
To telephone customers as per delivery schedule on a daily basis, selling our products and servicing our clients
To make out order forms
To capture invoices on the computer system
To liaise with Admin/Receiving on non-deliveries or stock returned
To update and maintain customer records
To liaise with regional distributors
To identify customers who have ceased buying from our company, informing the Sales Representatives to re-establish the relationship
To report on calls, queries or complaints from customers in weekly sales meetings
To assist the Sales Associates by making appointments, doing follow-up telephone calls, and on request taking over their existing customers

 
Applicant must reside in Johannesburg or surrounding area.
