Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems / Business Administration/Commerce
• 2 to 5 years' experience in the implementation and support of Oracle e-Business HR modules.
• Understanding of the typical requirements of HR managers for Business Intelligence and Analytics on operational, tactical and strategic levels and how the requirements are satisfied using BI solutions (preferably Oracle’s BI application for HR)
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the documentation and the interpretation of business requirements and functional specifications.
• Assist in the design of the ETL using appropriate technology set tools to get data into a data warehouse or data mart
• Application of appropriate Master Data Management and Data Quality tools and techniques to ensure that consistent and quality data is provided to the data warehouse.
• Assist with the design of the star-schemas and/or cubes for consumption by the BI toolset.
• Design and developed reports, graphs, analytics, KPI’s on the desktop and mobile platforms for analysis purposes in line with the business requirements.
• Developing training manuals, training plans and presenting training courses to support new solution implementations.
• Deliver allocated projects tasks and actions according to agreed quality and timeframe.

The reference for this job is ND35044-2016. This is a 6 MONTH CONTRACT position based in Pretoria offering a salary of R300 –R350 per hour.
