Manage the Consumer and SmallBusiness Unit Technology strategy formulation process and define and align with business unitrequirements and continuously evaluating new and existing technology requirements ensuring apipeline of innovation that will differentiate Telkom and assist in meeting the Business Plan.Develop and manage a robust interface, with relevant technology network and service providers.Responsible for the integration and execution of business drivers and key business objectives toensure business plan objectives of Technical Product Development are met. Lead the team that serves as the interfacebetween customer-facing entities and various technical areas for the provision of solutions and strategic direction regarding products andservice.
