12 month contract opportunity for BI Developer with 3+ years’ experience and relevant 3 year degree or diploma in IT with a leading Jhb based Insurance provider

End to end BI projects working with large SQL data sets and tools in the MS Stack – SQL, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS…
Requirements:

• Relevant 3 year Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Science or similar
• 3+ Years’ experience in a BI Development role utilizing tools such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS

Duties

• Develop SSRS reports
• Maintain warehouse
• Write, test, and trouble-shoot SQL code
• Design tables, stored procedures, views and functions
• Complete SQL query performance optimization
• Ensure that development standards and processes are adhered to
• Create analytical solutions using Microsoft Excel
• Work with large SQL data sets

Reference Number for this position is CN38207 which is a 12 month contract (12 months) position based in JHB North offering a salary between R200k – R230k per annum negotiable on experience.
