Operations Manager required within the support and incidents environment for a Leading Software Service provider, providing a wide range of support services and products including Linux and Microsoft. Dynamic work environment with broad technology exposure and outsourced IT services for 350+ companies around Southern Africa. The responsibility stretches from leading and supervising your staff in all aspects, ensuring that an operations strategy set by the Operations Director is followed. The Operations Manager must be capable of working under severe pressure and must be used to multi-tasking.Requirements include:

? Matric Certificate
? National Diploma / Bcom / BSC Degree
? 5 years mixed experience in ITC support and or Managerial role
? ITIL Certification RHCA or MCSA Certifications

Required experience include:

? Accountable to the Operations Director.
? Operations management within the support and incident environment
? Develop, set and achieve relevant operations objectives
? Ensuring at all times quality in operations execution.
? Process owner for all operations processes and custodian of all required operations standards
? Ensure professionalism of all operations personnel by setting and actively implementing appropriate recruiting and development directives.
? Recruit, train, and develop staff, operators and supporting staff.
? Define, own and execute the operations strategy and operations roadmap in support of the business strategy.
