A leading ICT company, based in Midrand, is looking to appoint an ICT General Manager - Business Sales Direct.

The primary function here is to be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the Business Sales portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience: 5 years experience in sales management. 3 years experience with technology products and services. Tertiary qualification is sales and / or CRM (customer relationship management). Extensive experience in all aspects of CRM. Extensive experience in the converged services market. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Excellent knowledge of the telecoms technology and internet standards. Ability to negotiate and operate in a pressurised environment. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from concept to delivery. Committed to the concepts of technology enabled total quality selling.
