The Business Analyst will be expected to:
- Liaise with subject matter experts to elicit and document business and functional requirements;
- Identify and design solutions to meet business needs;-
- Communicate requirements to the development team;
- Manage changes to requirements;
- Document test scripts;
- Create test plans;
- Create training material for new software;Skills and experience required
The successful candidate will have the following:

Experience :
- 5 years business analysis experience;
- Experience working on integration projects;
- Project management experience advantageous;

Qualifications :
- Business analysis certification;
- BSc or BComm degree

- Knowledge of business analysis best practice;
- Knowledge of front and back office systems;
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
