Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Project Office; the Project / Programme Manager ( Project Office) will manage strategic projects in a Financial Services environ Cape Town Southern Suburbs.You Need
Degree + accredited Project Management e.g. PRINCE 2; PMP or CPM;
Extensive Project Management across multiple business units and/or global boundaries
Program management;
Asset management / Investment industry

To Do:
Manage execution strategic projects or programs;
Create & maintain project plans;
Manage project budgets;
Assist in RFP proposals & managing the RFP process;
Coordinate resources and assist with issue and conflict resolution;
Manage project risks and impacts etc;
Prepare / maintain project reports and run steercom meetings (internal & external);
Develop & Enhance relevant Project Management processes & templates;
Train operational and ICT staff on Project Office tools / templates;
Provide leadership, mentorship & guidance to managers carrying out projects across business units;
Assist in the roll out of the Project Office throughout the Group.
