One of South Africa’s largest break bulk road freight companies is looking for a regional sales manager in KZN. This company has a national footprint and boasts with exceptional operational support and systems in place.This exciting position is to attain new business and maintain and service existing clients while meeting the needs and expectations of customers’ standards. Your tasks will include strong account implementation on a senior level, client relationship building (major accounts) and ongoing identification of account growth strategies. You will also be required to compile monthly reports on all sales activities in the region and manage financial targets and performance levels of Sales Reps nationwide. Qualification:
Diploma in marketing and or road freight – beneficial

Experience:
(New Business Sales) non – negotiable!
Minimum 10 years in Break bulk or road freight Sales on a senior level
Proven sales track record.

Polished communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Must be able to negotiate on director level
Strong financial acumen
