We are currently lookingto really employ a New business Development Manager for one of our clients based in Midrand. Theincumbent will promote the sale of EMC products in South Africa by developing client relationships,increasing the skill level within our client staff and clients, and advising clients in theconfiguration and pricing of the solutions.

We are currently looking to really employ a New business Development Manager for oneof our clients based in Midrand. The incumbent will promote the sale of EMC products in South Africaby developing client relationships, increasing the skill level within our client staff and clients,and advising clients in the configuration and pricing of the solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:

Matric/Grade 12
Tertiary qualification preferential
Minimum 2 years front linesales experience (essential)

Skillsrequired:

Building and maintaining relationships with your existing andnew Business Partners
Business development and program management within your allocatedBusiness Partner accounts
Recruitment and enablement of new Business Partner
Account planning and performance analysis
Exceeding sales targets
Preparing ofPartner Plans and business development plans
Training Business Partners on EMC sales andincentive programmes
Facilitating technical and brand sales training for your BusinessPartners
Facilitating and assistance with marketing events to generate leads for yourBusiness Partners

Responsibilities:

Promote the sale of EMC productseffectively and efficiently to Clients customers via personal visits, telephone and email contact,marketing and training events.
Prospect for new customers and generate interest in EMCproducts with clients currently not reselling from Clients.
Identify and developunderperforming customers.
Work closely with the vendor on deals/tenders to ensure they aresecured for Clients and its resellers.
Involve the Vendor and Sales in customer meetings,be tactful in the approach and follow through with at least 3 key action points per meeting.
Work closely with resellers, understand their targets from the vendor and gain majority marketshare within their businesses.
Provide first level technical advice on EMC products andkeep customers informed of new developments in product set.
Professionally and efficientlymanage customers engagement with a view to maximizing the client experience, This should be achievedthrough:
Adhering to Continuous Product knowledge,
Improvement (Ongoingtraining),
Cross and up sell of unavailable product,
Fast but accurate responsesto email and telephonic quote requests, skilful price negotiation.
Reports on lost dealswith reasons and pending deals (pipeline).
Display accuracy regarding messages, quotes,orders and information given.
Answer customer queries, offer product information.
Consult with clients to establish the needs of their business.
Ensure customerexpectations are met (order taking and delivery).
Increase overall customer satisfaction ofnew and existing customers’ base in order to be effective in solving challenges that arise,and need to be solved for the customers.
Report weekly on all activities wins andlosses.

 
 
 
 
Additional Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to problem solve, identify alternative solutions and communicate bestpractices.
Well-spoken with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Clearcredit and criminal record.
Have a positive and self-motivated attitude.
Must be astrong leader and be able to lead and motivate a team of Developers.
Self-starter who isable to work with little supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and meet agreeddeadlines.

Salary: R Negotiable CTC - per month depending onwork experience and skill level. Salary is Negotiable depending on experience and skill level
