Deliver first and secondline technical support on all workstations within area of service.Responsible forupgrading and maintaining end-user software versions and equipment.
Co-ordinate, install,set up and complete departmental moves with regards to IT equipment.
Effective andefficient handling of assigned incidents.
Maintenance of all hardware on workstations.
Schedule standby for after hour support
Identify financial and business risks to thecompany and escalate accordingly.
