TechnicalImplementation Agent Permanent position based in Jhb but will require travel to different sitesacross Gauteng, North West, Limpopo and Mpumalange.  This is not an office based position. Alarge listed corporate company seeks a skilled IT literate presentable professional with very strongIT troubleshooting skills to join them as an on-site software support consultant for internal andexternal clients.  The position will include software, hardware and networktroubleshooting.    Duties: Travel to internal and external clients to provide support,software installations and registrations; software troubleshooting and implementation of fixes aswell as client network troubleshooting and reporting.  You will also require the ability toclassify a problem as a software bug, hardware limitation or network problem (Ping tests, down andupload speed tests etc) and then escalating or solving the problem within the SLArequirements.  The documentation duties will include logging unresolved issues with thehelpdesk and remain responsible until ticket is closed, and create JIRA tickets for support anddocument all findings on these tickets.

Skills and Experience
Requirements: Very strong IT troubleshooting skills Must have a valid drivers licence and your owncar Must be willing to travel to clients across Gauteng, North West, Limpopo and Mpumalange Must beresponsible and self manage as this is not an office based position Technical helpdesk experience orsimilar An A+ Certification or ITIL certification would be an advantage but are not required.  Contact:Andrea.Messina@eoh.com
