Operations& Support Consultant – Centurion The Role:
OurClient based in centurion is looking for a two Operations & Support Consultant to be based attheir Centurion offices.
The ideal candidate for the role of Operations and Support Assistantat our client, should have the following skills and abilities:
Basic understanding ofIT, Computers, Web Applications, Standard Software Packages like office, mail clients etc.
Handle high volume calls, emails, voicemails and other communication means.
An outgoingand approachable personality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and work closely with other departments/external serviceproviders.
Strict attention to detail.
Experience of working to deadlines,workload planning and multi-tasking.
Ability to work without close supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
A good team player.
A Creative eye and abilityto produce engaging reports and customer responses.
Education
Grade 12 secondaryeducation.
No formal tertiary education is required, but training in IT / Computer Systemsand Client Support would be beneficial.
Profile
At least 2 years’ experience in customerservice / call center / inbound
Helpdesk experience
Own Reliable Transport
