Requirements
B.Com Informatics OR BSc Computer Science OR similar / relevant degree in IT
MCTS in either Microsoft SQL Server 2012 OR Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance
3+ years commercial BI Development / Analysis experience
Key Responsibilities
Extract or collect required data for analysis.
Perform data reconciliation procedures to confirm completeness of data extract.
Support the assessment of the data including data validation and profiling.
Prepare programming logic to test identified data analysis business rules, by scripting data analytics queries.
Verify results against given specifications.
Prepare results for review process and update scripts accordingly.
Prepare final data analysis results sets or output files.
Prepare working papers documenting steps followed during data assessment process.
Abide by the project guidelines to manage and secure client data
Reference Number for this position is CN34750 which is a permanent position based in Sandton offering a salary of R420k R480k per annum cost to company negotiable on experience.
