Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in International Freight/Clearing and Forwarding

Experience:
Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience in Customs
Minimum of 5 years as a Customs Manager
Must have experience in managing staff
Knowledge of Tariffing and Inco-Terms
Knowledge of the rules and regulations regarding specific shipments

Skills Required:
Advanced computer skills on Core freight/Compu clear
High level of communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
High work ethic in the environment
Must display strong customer service
High work ethic and customer service
Staff management
Maintain excellent relationships with custom officials
Ensure adherence to customs rules and regulations
Strong attention to detail
Conflict management and problem solving skills
Prepare reports on costs/revenue and customer service levels
Conduct regular staff training when required
