OperationsDetermine an appropriate design for a particular computer network, gather the necessary hardware and software for the system. Install each component and ensure all parts of the network are compatible with each other
Assist with providing a troubleshooting system which involves: the diagnosing and resolving of network, hardware and software problems as they arise.
Install and maintain network, hardware and software.
Assign configuration of networks and as well as restore networks.
Perform duties of repairing, calibrating, and servicing weighing scales when required.
Monitor, log and report on actual service provided as compared with pre- determined criteria, in alignment with agreed standards
Customers
Provide detailed personal advice and guidance to all clients in the effective use of systems, products and services available to them
Expedites the resolutions of customer problems and complaints.
Job Requirements -
Qualifications/Certifications required
Grade 12, NQF Level 4/Form 5
A+ certification
N+ Certification
Diploma or Degree in IT
CISCO Certification
Microsoft Certification
Job related knowledge
