JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
 
Purpose of position:
 

Promote the sale of all the organizations productsand services portfolio effectively and efficiently to reseller channel.
 
KeyResponsibility Areas:
 

Professionally and efficiently manage customers telephonic and email engagements with a view tomaximizing sales and increasing partner delight. 

Drive sales to meetindividual and team targets monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit target. Quote and provideaccurate pricing and product information to customers within SLA timeframes.

Support customers and team members as and when required, with their associated database ofclients (telephonic, order placing, quoting, delivery, POD’s, queries, payments, informationetc.).

Work closely with product managers, BDMs, debtors (resolve queries,encourage early payments) and logistics (ensure fastest possible order processing) to resolvematters and communicate on prospective deals.

Maintain excellent customerrelationships

Adhere to professional telephone and email etiquette guidelines.

Attend training weekly to continuously improve product knowledge, as well as attendvendor and customer events on an ongoing basis.

Backorder follow-up and executingof queries including offering alternative in-stock items (cross and upselling).

Understand, engage and develop skills in company procedures, processes and back officemanagement.

Update CRM / Tools to ensure customer detail accuracy and allow forproactive marketing.

Manage the sourcing and delivery of products to the customer,and generate interest in all the company’ brands, keeping customers informed of new productsand IT innovation opportunities.

Drive outbound marketing campaigns, ensuringcustomer awareness of incentives / promotions, and provide feedback to Campaign Manager.

Work in a team environment, dealing with and efficiently direct all customer relatedenquiries.
 
Job Requirements:
 


Education and Experience:
  Matric passed with exemption (preferred)
 
  Minimum 2 years sales experience in IT industry (essential)
 
  Relevant degree/diploma (preferred)
Technical Competencies:
  Computer literacy and numeric skills essential
 
  Fluent in English
 
  Excellent e-mail etiquette 
 
 
 
  Excellent telephone manner
 
  Strong admin skills
 
  Self-Starter as well as team player
 
  Previous experience in a call centreenvironment
 
  Experienced MicrosoftOffice suite user
