Minimum Requirements: Deliver first and second line technical support on all workstations within area of service.
Deliver first and second line technical support on all Apple Mac workstations within area ofservice.
Responsible for upgrading and maintaining end-user software versions andequipment.
Co-ordinate, install, set up and complete departmental moves with regards to ITequipment.
Effective and efficient handling of assigned incidents.
Maintenance ofall hardware on workstations.
Schedule standby for after hour support
Identifyfinancial and business risks to the company and escalate accordingly.
Ensure end usersatisfaction with excellent service with regards to assigned incidents.
Professional andefficient communication to relevant stakeholders.
Support effective teamwork
Matric completed (non negotiable)
