Key Responsibilities: OPC for the IT Department, this will involve thecoordination of the end to end processes and procedures of the Operational Control framework andPermanent Control Plan Liaise with internal and external auditors with respect to any audits for thearea, and ensure follow up pertaining to any findings and recommendations Responsibility for theappropriate and robust IT security coverage with respect to Information security, Informationsystems security, and IT Continuity Drive the deployment of the relevant security policies,processes and the management of any incidents Ensure the identification of any security risks, theirmitigation and follow up Monitor the overall health of the security system, handle any alerts andmanagement of any security-related issues and incidents Develop and enhance the IT security postureand maturity Ensure appropriate reporting for areas of coverage Collaboration with internalstakeholders regarding advising of subject matter and drive training and awareness to the variousteams Stay up to date on developments in the market / other internal groups to ensure best practicesthat support the business and IT in its strategic objectives Ensure integration with Groups

Skills and Experience
