Job Description
This role is to support ACI’s Mobile Banking and Payment applications. Successful candidates for this role will have proven experience eliciting and gathering functional/non-functional business requirements with internal stakeholders and external clients.

•Plans business analysis approach based on project complexity, risks, assumptions and dependencies.
•Develops a plan of activities to deliver requirements, including collection, definition and synthesis approach.
•Identifies stakeholders, their influence and needs.
•Builds and manages relationships with stakeholders.
•Works closely with Application Development through sprint cycles following the Scrum development methodology.
•Measures and tracks quality of work. Assesses metrics and implements performance Improvements.
•Gathers functional/non-functional specifications for the business requirements identified for the product.
•Analyzes data collected from research to define functional and non-functional specifications.
•Analyzes business requirements of customers to determine gaps in current product offering(s).
•Recommends to Product Manager which gaps from customer requested requirements should be delivered as product or accelerated product functional/non-functional specifications.
•Defines non-functional specifications such as portability, maintainability, testability, in addition to all functional specifications.
•Develops and uses personas to articulate functional/non-functional specifications.
•Develops use cases and user stories for key functional specifications.
•Validates that requirements meet business goals and objectives per theme and scope defined.
•Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, and/or equivalent experience.
2+ years related experience.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication, and listening skills.

Highly Desired Qualifications
Formal training in Business Analysis.
Experience in Payments, particularly as relates to Mobile.
