Minimum Requirements: Degree in Finance must be completed ESSENTIAL
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Financial call centre environment ESSENTIAL
Afrikaans first language ESSENTIAL
Key Performance Areas:
This will include, but is not limited to:
Servicing and maintaining direct client and/or financial advisor base for Life and Investment Products.
Resolving internal and external queries from financial advisors and clients
Communicating information regarding instructions, processes and procedures to advisors and clients who contact te company
Proactively retaining and attracting business by building providing excellent service to advisors and clients
Ensure sustainable operational environment
Responsible for daily administration requirements
