Knowledge: Experience implementing, configuring, customizing and maintaining data marts or data warehouse solutions. Experience developing business data interfaces, reports, metrics and data warehouse cubes. Deep understanding of Business Intelligence methodologies. Good understanding of law firms and how technology solutions can play a key enable role. Three to Five years experience of business data solutions design and development. Technologies: SQL, MDX, SharePoint 2010.Technical Skills: Business intelligence analytics. Be able to use complex computer programs to mine data sources and look for trends. Competencies: Ability to be deadline and results driven. Ability to interact directly with end users of all levels. Advanced problem solving skills and techniques. Highly numerate. Business acumen and workflow/ process modelling skills to analyse and map business requirements. Superior analytical skills and the ability to identify and recognise patterns or themes from an assortment of qualitative and quantitative information. Must be a conceptual thinker. Ability to work under pressure. Communication skills. Time Management.Responsibilities:Develop and deploy applications that support and change fundamental assumptions of how IT works. Work closely with solutions architect and developers to translate raw data into meaningful statistics and facts. Build NI solutions, with custom front- end and back- end services that integrate data.
