The person can be based in either JHB and Natal.
ROLE PURPOSE:
• The role will define the overall data migration and archiving approach for the organisations transformation programme and execute the data migration from legacy systems to S/4 HANA

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:Role requirements:
• IT Diploma or degree
• Minimum 10 years SAP data migration experience
• Previous data migration role on an SAP S/4 HANA project
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a strategy for the wider strategic transformation programme that can be applied across all streams
• Determine the suitable processes and toolsets required to extract, transform, cleanse and load data from the legacy system into SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA
• Work with relevant partners to align on requirements and datasets
• Define the future state archiving strategy for the SAP solutions being built as part of the transformation programme
• Implement the archiving solution as part of the overall programme outcomes
• Define rules and standards for the end state solution
• Define and develop a solution that will store all current legacy data based on legislative and business requirements
• Ensure quality of execution in each project stream, but be responsible for the execution of the main S/4 HANA data migration stream along with a selected partner
• Manage, track and monitor progress across all projects on behalf of the transformation programme
• Maintain the legacy data archiving solution for the duration of the programme
Minimum 12-month contract with the option to extend.
