A global Investment banking environment that will allow you to enhance and gain significant experience in building mobile Trading Platforms requires an IBOR Transition Programme Manager to join a team of dedicated and highly skilled technologists in their Rosebank offices. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Programme across the Business Group.

You cover both programme and project management of the Group IBOR transition, with a strong change management component.

Experience:

• 7-10 years’ experience in a management role within global reputable firm
• Sound understanding of project governance
• Global Banking and Markets or Commercial Banking Experience
• Change Management experience essential
• 5-7 Years’ experience in successful implementation of large programmes, preferably within financial services organisations, with a focus on quality Management, on time and within budgets
• Ability to lead teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Experience in change initiatives and an understanding of the full project life cycle
• 3-4 Years’ experience defining project plans and driving execution of the overall plan. Being able to pull various aspects from various teams together into one consolidated plan. Being able to challenge inputs, effectively manage risks and get people to buy-in by selling the business benefit of the end goal.

Preferred Qualification

• Tertiary qualification: Degree or diploma with aspects of change and innovation. Programme/project management experience.
