Prestigious company in the financial sector based in Kempton Park is looking for a LinuxAdministrator to join their dynamic team on a 12 months renewable contract.Requirements:
- Responsible for allpreparation, installation and support of end user desktops, notebooks, printer and other peripheraldevices for the Retail Outbound Call Centre
- First line support for onsite network infrastructure and server platforms and allcomponent functions related to this environment
- Onsite end user support for all desktop devices for the call centre. This is Linuxand a few Microsoft devices.
- Second line support for networking infrastructure such as modems, routers andswitches.
- Second line support for onsite Linuxservers.
- Preparation andinstallation of end user devices such as desktops, notebooks and headsets.
- Logging of all incidents and requeston behalf of call centre staff and management
- Assist with Monthly deployment of the CCapplication.
