Generate new business
Research industry sectors
Develop a strategy andplan
Identify industries based on size and opportunities
Set-up opportunity brainstormsessions
Generate sales leads
Identify target clients and/or relevant contacts
Conduct industry and client networking
Prepare and present credentials
Prepare andpresent proposals
Respond to RFP’s
Facilitate client relationships with thecompany
Ensure effective administration
Prepare proposals on request
Attend clientmeetings
Work on new business strategies
Update on work-in-progress
 
Lead tender response
Project manage the tender response
Preparecompliant and effective tender document
Facilitate relevant client engagement and presentationto ensure success of bid
 
Project manage effective set up of account
Prepare detailed and robust project plan
Coordinate support from service departments andoperational teams
Provide client engagement to instil confidence
Provide a strong launchplatform for sustained business growth
 
Account Management
Manage underperforming accounts ensuring improvement in performance and client satisfaction
Manage new/start up accounts until ready for hand over to Account Manager
Advise andinfluence client with regards to research strategies
Analyse trends and customer developmentsand communicate insights / opportunities to stakeholders
Facilitate achievement of quarterlyresearch objectives as agreed with client
Evaluate objective achievement and advise a strategyfor next quarterly objective setting
Establish and maintain sound working relationships withclients
Solve client/customer queries and problems
Determine and manage client needs
Draft and implement contact strategy
Manage client expectations
Provide strategic andvaluable insights to clients/customers
Manage effective flow of information
