Role DescriptionSales Administrator Hout Bay Permanent The regional sales team of a company providing softwarelicences requires an articulate person to take on broad sales administrative tasks of the Cape TownRegions’ sales team. This person will need to be well presented, organised and reliable totake on the duties and responsibilities needed to ensure the effective and efficient smooth runningof the sales department. Job Purpose & Summary Toeffectively manage all the enquiries while providing strategic administrative support to existingclient base and new clients for the Regional Office. Responsibilities: General admin duties Including reception, fielding enquiries, receiving & transferring electronic correspondence, takingand relaying of messages, responding to customer complaints & queries, investigating challenges.Taking meeting minutes & notices, type and word process various documents electronically, andspreadsheet production when requested. Diary & meeting Management of Regional Sales Team OtherDuties: Quotation preparation Manage all orders/agreements ensuring we receive timeously & as perindication from clients Help with debt chasing from time to time for the financial manager Compile &keep call schedules, meetings and client meeting dates to enable direction to regional sales teamfor clients not yet seen Sales team quarterly target tracking, Continually update & improve clientinformation VIP Portal administration as per sales team requirements Research & find opportunitieswithin institutions we are not well established in Setting up of training Preparation of informationpacks for meetings, conferences & shipments of special products Quality control: ensuring quotations& communication reflect correct information, are clear, concise, polite and are of a professionalnature Represent the vision and mission of the company at all times by being courteous and helpfulwhen dealing with clients and colleagues.

The company is not able to consider applicants living far away due to thegeneral short tenure of employees who have to travel far distances to work and the additional costof that travel. Notes on this position. This is a professional team servicing and providing wellknown software and application licences. This is not however, a large corporate and would bettersuit candidates who prefer a smaller but fast paced environment than those high powered individualslooking to climb the ladder in a large corporate environment.
