A large IT distribution companyin Midrand is looking for a Product Manager with HP product knowledge and experience to develop andmanage a strategy which will optimize the product/brand performance in the market place whileachieving the objectives set by both the vendor and the companyDuties:

Responsible for total sales number forproduct range
Drive sales team to grow vendor revenue in existing install base accounts andnew accounts, through focused marketing strategies, campaigns and end user enablement
Ensure the sales team is representing the interests of all focused within each respectivepartner
Provide accurate and regular sales forecasts and business updates to management andto vendors
Work with sales team to ensure that each sales opportunity is driven asproactively as possible
Identify new markets
Understand the partner sales processand develop a sales and marketing strategy best suited for the partner
Develop sales toolsto assist partner sales and pre-sales
Develop sales and marketing strategy to mine existingcustomer base
Identify new key accounts and design sales approach to bring new customersonboard
Assist partner with broad base marketing to promote their business
Assistpartner with customer reference sites
Create and promote high impact and innovativemarketing programs
Design partner enablement plans

Requirements:

3 Years salesexperience in the IT distribution industry
Matric
Account Managementexperience
HP product knowledge
Drivers license and own car
