A World class finished vehicle logistic services company in the Southern Africa region is looking for a parts and accessories manager.

This candidate will form part of a global team that services all major vehicle companies world-wide. They are unique in that they offer a complete and integrated range of door-to-door solutions to meet their customers’ needs.

Qualification:
Matric
Degree or relevant technical qualification.


Experience:
Advanced Computer literacy: Microsoft word; Excel; Internet; Microsoft outlook
3-5 years Management Experience managing a pressurized technical / dealership / workshop environment)
Experience operating within a dealership environment at a management level
3-5 years customer liaison experience
Organizational, customer service, communication, interpersonal, supervisory & training skills
Own transport.
Able to work weekends/overtime
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong financial acumen

Skills Required:
Manage the Technical Services for the client’s contract whilst maintain profitability and productivity in the operations
Ensure timeous servicing, fitment and repairs of fleet vehicles in accordance with the client’s standards
Plan, implement and monitor annual budgets for the entire site, scheduling expenditures, analyzing and reporting on variances and taking appropriate corrective actions to compensate for variances.
Management of financial and administration requirements
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures as well as KPI measures are developed, implemented and adhered to in order to optimize operational functioning.
Compile various reports including KPI reports on a monthly basis and submit these to relevant personnel
Ensure the workshop and parts department maintain sufficient resources in order to meet customer demands
Ensure operations adhere to SHEQ standards and ISO standards
Ensure Operations strive to fulfil BEE objectives such as procurement and recruitment objectives
Reporting
Overall responsible for the financial and operational performance of the contract
Liaising directly with the Client and Head Office on important matters
