The role involves evaluating, troubleshooting and resolving reported faults(“events”). The focus is on service delivery and ensuring that information sharingregarding event resolution takes place at a regional level.Knowledge and Experience:
Matric(Grade 12) or NQF 4 equivalent
Table structures, fields and flags (extensiveknowledge)
Tools required to analyse tables, fields and flags
ERP, SharePoint,Microsoft Office, ODBC, EDI, ISAM, SQL, Crystal Reports (SRS), CRM
Business Processes
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience inSYSPRO
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Communicating at regional level
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Troubleshooting (Conceptual understanding, analysis,debugging, troubleshooting and solution-provision)
- Valid code B driver’s license and own transport
