Vacancyexists for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to be based at our Cape Town Offices. On a6months contract.
Work Experience:

 

Service Delivery Management experience (2+years)
Service Delivery Team Lead experience (3+years)
Service Desk Management experience adistinct advantage (3+ years)
Managed Servicesworking history (5+ years with strong technology support background)

Roles andResponsibilities:

Customer Service (being compassionate)
Be responsiblefor Daily Onsite Operations (processes and procedures)

 Take responsibiity ofResource Management that will include: (induction, training and development and leave/sickleave)

 Be in control of Incident, Change and Problem Management (includingtrend analysis and reporting)

Escalation management and Resolution

 Make sure of continuous service improvement (be proactive at all times)

3rd Party Management

Strategic Support and Growth of the Servicesdelivered to the customer

 Make sure of daily attendance of services andManagement meetings

 Construct all monthly service review and Customer SurveyIndex CSI (reporting and presentation)

 Be in-charge of  theremoval of all obstacles to ensure customer satisfaction and / or financialperformance

Create communication across organisational boundaries – fromengineers right through to senior managers

Make sure to build solidrelationships with the Customers

 Have a passion for the IT Managed ServicesIndustry

Education:

Matric certicate is essential
IT relatedtertiary qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
