Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their ecommerce team to focus on the design and integration of Value Added Services.
The role requires solid business acumen knowledge of intelligence solutions, financial modelling and data engineering practices to improve VAS operations and increase profit.
? Identify and recommend data-driven solutions for both existing and new service business lines.
? Gather requirements and formulating business metrics for complex reporting.
? Build VAS process and IT solution of order loading, payment collection, revenue booking etc.
? Research & develop the value-added service offering focusing on end user market and product sales channel
? Perform financial analysis – conduct complex financial analysis to determine present and future performance.
? Budget Creation – evaluate previous budgets and operational efficiency with the overall financial analysis to develop and implement future budgets.
? Monitor company expenditure and profits constantly to ensure cost effectiveness and recommend ideas to maximise profits.

? Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or similar.
? 5 years’ business analysis experience in Value-Added Services
? Experience working in a retail environment
? Knowledge of marketing 4P (Product, Price, Place and Promotion)

? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and driven by a desire to innovate in this space.
