Service Delivery Manager (R450k to R625k plus Bonus)
Leading telecommunications / technology firm req’s tech-savy and customer-centric indiv. Pivotal role in managing customer relations from beginning to end.
Main Duties

Be instrumental in acting as single point of contact for customers.
Pivotal role to interact with major stakeholders such as customers, fibre providers, sales, 3rd party vendors, technical teams.
Manage service delivery cycle and service assurance cycle.
Ensure accurate documentation and provide relevant reports.
Communicate with customer constantly in terms of delivery progress.
Be involved with managing projects and escalating issues.
Be mindful of costs and budgets.
Implement client solutions as per expectations.

Qualification and Experience:

Business Diploma / Degree and Project Management Certificate.
Over 5 years experience in service delivery, Pre-Sales, within networking / IT sector.
