Qualification:
Degree Supply Chain Management

Experience:
3 to 5 years’ experience within the fast food industry
2/3years procurement manager experience

Skills Required:
Co-ordinate the ordering of stock for launches and in liason with the marketing manger
The SOP manual to include procurement, sampling and cutting
Implement performance enhancing and innovative strategies
Control cost and increase productivity in the supply chain enviroment
Management of sourcing processes to ensure compliances to outgrow policies and procedures
Negociating best prices and cultivating a strong relationship with suppliers
