Role details:
My client urgently requires aService Deliver Manager. The purpose of the job is to ensure the development, management and delivery of operational service Level Agreements across multiple sites between Company Division and its clients, including the management of change control and escalation processes as well as a team of 1st level support engineers to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction achieved

Qualification:- Bachelor level University degree, preferably BSC BIT,BCOM .BEng or equivalent degree with Computer Science, Informatics
- Relevant IT Qualifications (A+,MCSD or equivalent)
- 3 years relevant experience
