Achievement of project tasks and assignments

Engage with various client departments and project managers to manage specific processes withinthe software development life-cycle (for example, functional specification, construction, qualityassurance, implementation and reporting)
Understand functional and technical documentationneeds of customers and research technology solutions to meet those needs
Maintain opencommunication with customer representatives and cross-functional teams and ensure content meetsrequirements
Provide expertise for technical product documentation projects and support andassist in documentation design
Liaise with the client to coordinate the roll-out
