The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, strong team player with a proven track record of success in generating new business & upselling existing customers. A good understanding of the corporate technology stack and cloud computing are important. Cyber security knowledge is highly desirable. J2 Software is a customer centric organisation and you will work closely with the Technical, Success and Renewal teams to generate a pipeline of new business opportunities which can successfully be converted into new customers.

Your role will require you to:

- Identify new sales opportunities.
- Identify and implement strategies to sell solutions into new accounts.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual new business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new business prospects.
- Manage Business Administration with general CRM housekeeping.
- Embrace and become an expert in a sales methodology and process that achieves success.
- Monitor and report on activities while providing relevant management information.
- Attend trainings and develop relevant knowledge and skills.


Qualifications:

- College degree is preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years IT sales experience (ideally within Email / Messaging / Cyber Security / Storage).
- Proven sales achievement against revenue quota.
- Ideally with experience of both Direct & Indirect sales roles.
- Understanding of Corporate IT teams and their buying processes
- Microsoft accreditation preferred.
