My client inthe North of Johannesburg is looking for a Client Relationship Consultant (Sales Rep) with softwaresolution sales experience. The CRC is responsible for setting up meetings with potential clients,investigating and analyzing the client’s current structure and understanding the client futurerequirement regarding their software solutions needs

Profile:

The client is essentially looking for asales person to think outside the box. Selling software/solutions in Medical and Legal industries.Candidates must understand business processes. This position won’t only be new businessdevelopment but also going to existing clients to check if they need more functionality on thesystem or want to remove certain functions they are not using.

 
Requirements

CRC’s need a minimum of abachelor's degree in business management or business administration. Other business-related fields,such as marketing or accounting, may be appropriate.  If no degree then a sales, marketing, andbusiness processes etc. certificate would suffice

 
Job Responsibilities

Set upand conduct on-going meetings with potential clientele to investigate their business requirements,communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functionality usage, provide use caseexamples for leveraging key product functionality.
Identify opportunities for potentialupsell opportunities and create value story specific to opportunity
Proactively anticipatecustomer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action forresolution.
Create and deliver recurring client value reporting; highlight customersstrategic successes and provide ongoing recommendations for further optimization

Analytical nature with the ability to solvecomplex business issues
Excellent business process and best practices experience oraptitude
Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to buildeffective customer relationships 
Ability to drive client focused outcomes

Remuneration:
