Minimum Requirements:Must be Portuguese speaking (First language)
Should have a legal equivalent of the SA LLB Legal Degree as well as Admitted Attorney with Angolan Law Training.
Must have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role
Job Responsibilities:
Legal risk identification and management in respect of contracts and tenders;
Legal Research;
Drafting legal opinions;
Drafting and vetting of various contracts;
Litigation and Disputes;
Legal training (contractual structures and terms; legislation impacting on the business)
