We are currently looking for professional and articulate Senior .Net Developers.Experience and education:
- At least 5 years experience as a developer on the Microsoft platform
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Appropriate Microsoft developer certification

Skills and knowledge areas:
- Generic skills (Team work, Interpersonal, Logical analysis, service oriented, high energy)
- Application and data related skills and methods (Expert knowledge of .Net application development methods, languages (C#) and tools; expert knowledge of Microsoft Platform software development and integration frameworks and tools, knowledge of data base technologies, languages and frameworks)
- General IT knowledge and skills (IT service management life cycle, IT governance principles)
- Architecture methods (understanding of enterprise architecture as a discipline and the ability to read architecture related artefacts)

Responsibilities:
- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
- Consult with business analysis and architecture teams to ensure alignment to the business requirements and architecture guidelines
- Perform impact assessments for projects and initiatives
- Document detailed design and technical specifications that may be required for development of application components
- Perform reviews on code and documentation
- Participate in design and architecture related endeavours
- Perform software development tasks in a programming language of choice in accordance with specifications as per the project or agreed timelines
- Investigate, analyse and document reported defects
- Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Define technical documentation templates
- Provide production support for a specific application or group of applications. Activities include problem analysis, fixing, testing and promotion to the production environment, as well as technical testing when required
- Report status to the relevant team leaders - Identifying problems and bringing them to supervisor’s attention with sufficient lead time
